1. Eligibility for Refund
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags.
- The item is not a part of the non-returnable category.
- The product is received in good condition by our returns team.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or blouse-stitched sarees
- Sarees purchased under sale, discounts, or clearance offers
- Items that show signs of wear, stains, or are returned without original packaging/tags
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Once verified, you’ll be eligible for a full refund or replacement, as per your preference.
4. How to Request a Refund

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
5. Refund Timeline
Once your returned item reaches us and passes quality checks:
- A refund will be processed within 9–15 business days
- The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment
6. Return Shipping
- If the refund is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
- For all other valid refunds, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
